Weight Watchers Zesty Edamame

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 1⁄2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 1⁄2 tsp. sea salt
  • 1⁄2 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1⁄8 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 5 1⁄3 oz. frozen edamame, shelled, about 1/3 of a 16 oz. bag

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Fill the small saucepan with water and heat over high.
  2. Then add the edamame and boil for 3 mins and drain.
  3. Put the edamame in a bowl and put aside.
  4. In making the seasoning, combine the chili powder, cayenne powder, sea salt and ground cumin together in a cup.  Toss along with the edamame until coated.
