- 1 1⁄2 tsp. chili powder
- 1 1⁄2 tsp. sea salt
- 1⁄2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1⁄8 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 5 1⁄3 oz. frozen edamame, shelled, about 1/3 of a 16 oz. bag
- Fill the small saucepan with water and heat over high.
- Then add the edamame and boil for 3 mins and drain.
- Put the edamame in a bowl and put aside.
- In making the seasoning, combine the chili powder, cayenne powder, sea salt and ground cumin together in a cup. Toss along with the edamame until coated.
