Weight Watchers Roasted Peppers & Goat Cheese Panini

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 piece of whole wheat lavash bread
  • 1 ounce goat cheese
  • 4 slices roasted red bell pepper
  • 4 basil leaves
  • A few slices of red onion
  • Handful of fresh greens

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Turn on Panini Press to Preheat
  2. Place goat cheese on lavash bread.
  3. Add remaining ingredients on top.
  4. Fold in sides, and roll up into wrap.
  5. Put in Panini press for 2 minutes or until bread is toasted
