- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/3 cup walnuts (optional: toasted)
- 1/8 teaspoon paprika
- 2 chopped green onions (whites and light green only)
- 2 stalks chopped celery
- 3 cups shredded leftover cooked turkey
- salt and pepper, to taste
- splash lemon juice
- Combine celery, walnuts, onions, and turkey.
- Add garlic, lemon juice, mayonnaise, cranberry sauce, and spices
- Serve on a salad or bread.
