Weight Watchers Leftover Turkey Salad

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/3 cup walnuts (optional: toasted)
  • 1/8 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 chopped green onions (whites and light green only)
  • 2 stalks chopped celery
  • 3 cups shredded leftover cooked turkey
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • splash lemon juice

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Combine celery, walnuts, onions, and turkey.
  2. Add garlic, lemon juice, mayonnaise, cranberry sauce, and spices
  3. Serve on a salad or bread.
