Weight Watchers Egg & Tuna Salad Sandwiches

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Can 50{95b42cb95d03c55cbcce4fb56d53af95c8664f32708916cee1604837e5422d61} less-sodium chunk, white tuna in water, remove the water
  • 2 hard boiled eggs, chopped (use the whites only)
  • 1/3 cup nonfat sour cream
  • 2 tablespoon green onions, chopped
  • 2 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh dill weed (optional)
  • 6 slices 100{95b42cb95d03c55cbcce4fb56d53af95c8664f32708916cee1604837e5422d61} whole wheat bread, toasted
  • 3 romaine lettuce leaves

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Combine sour cream, mustard, egg whites, dill weed, green onions and tuna in a medium size bowl.
  2. Divide the mixture equally between three bread slices. Top with lettuce and the rest of the bread slices.
  3. Place in the fridge for 1 ½ hours before serving.
