Weight Watchers Crab Quesadillas

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies
  • 1⁄2 cup cheddar cheese or 1⁄2 cup shredded Monterey jack cheese
  • 1⁄4cup chopped tomato
  • 2 tbsp. green bell peppers, chopped
  • 4(8 inch) tortillas
  • 8 oz. imitation crabmeat

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Pre-heat the oven at 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Combine all the ingredients, except for tortillas.
  3. On one side of the tortilla, spray a nonstick cooking spray.
  4. Spoon ¼ mixture on the unsprayed area and fold in half.
  5. Put on baking sheet.
  6. Cook uncovered for ten minutes, flip and bake for 5 mins more until the cheese melts.
