Weight Watchers Black Bean Burrito

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1⁄3 cup cooked black beans
  • 1⁄4 cup salsa
  • 1 medium flour tortilla, 6-inch
  • 2 oz. shredded low-fat cheddar cheese or 2 oz. Colby cheese

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Layer on tortilla the black beans and sprinkle cheese on top.
  2. Melt cheese by putting it in the microwave.
  3. Roll up the tortilla and put salsa on top.
