Weight Watchers Bacon Lettuce Wraps

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1⁄2 pound roast beef, sliced deli style
  • 1⁄3 cup chopped fresh basil
  • 1⁄3 cup mayonnaise, fat-free
  • 1⁄4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1⁄4 tsp. salt
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 2 thinly sliced tomatoes
  • 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 4(7 inch) whole wheat tortillas

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. In a small bowl, combine the Dijon mustard, basil, pepper, mayonnaise and salt.
  2. On the tortillas, spread the mixture evenly.
  3. On top of each tortilla, add ¼ each of the roast beef, lettuce and tomatoes, then roll up.
  4. Divide each wrap in half, slightly diagonal.
