- 1/2 broccoli
- 2 sweet potatoes
- 2 tbsp. miso paste
- 4 tbsp. vinegar
- 4 tbsp. olive oil
- 40g cheese
- 4 slices ham
- 100cc water
- Divide broccolis into small florets, sprinkle some water, and place in a heat-resistant container. Cover with plastic wrap and cook in a microwave for 3 minutes. Wash the sweet potatoes well and cut into 1cm thick slices with skins on. Place them in a heat-resistant container and pour 100cc water. Cover with plastic wrap and cook in a microwave for 6 minutes.
- Chop the cheese and ham into small pieces.
- Blend miso paste, vinegar, and olive oil. Add the chopped cheese and ham.
- Place the cooked sweet potatoes and broccolis finely on a plate and pour the dressing (3) over them.
