Superfoods Oatmeal Breakfast
Serves 1 - Allergies: SF, GF, DF, EF, V, NF
- 1 cup cooked oatmeal
- 1 tsp. of ground flaxseeds
- 1 tsp. of sunflower seeds
- A dash of cinnamon
- Half of the tsp. of cocoa
- Cook oatmeal with hot water and after that mix all ingredients. Sweeten if you have to with few drops of raw honey.
- Optional: You can replace sunflower seeds with pumpkin seed or chia seed. You can add a handful of blueberries or any berries instead of cocoa.
