If you lack enough time for breakfast, grab this yogurt and fruit cooler you can make in a snap!
- 1 peeled, seeded, and sliced papaya
- 1 (6 oz.) can orange juice concentrate (frozen)
- 2 c vanilla or plain fat-free yogurt
- 10 large or 30 small ice cubes
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- ¼ c. sugar, optional
- Blend together all ingredients in a blender or food processor on high speed for 30 seconds or until very smooth. Serve the smoothie immediately.
