This is such a healthy and nutritious dish. The kale is perfectly seasoned to serve with a variety of your meals.
- 1 tsp. soy sauce
- 12 c. chopped kale
- 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- Ground black pepper
- Set a steamer insert into a medium sized saucepan and add water, enough to cover just the bottom; bring to a boil over high heat. Add in the kale and steam, covered for about 7 minutes or until tender.
- In a large bowl, whisk together soy sauce, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste.
- Toss together the steamed kale with the dressing until well coated.
