Healthy Tomato Salsa

A quick and easy salsa to make. The lime juice gives it a tangy flavor.

Ingredients:

  • 3 c. seeded and chopped tomatoes
  • 1 Tbsp. jalapeño chili, finely chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
  • ½ c. sliced green onions
  • 3 finely chopped garlic cloves
  • ½ c. chopped green bell pepper
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. lime juice
  • ½ tsp. salt

Directions:

  1. In a plastic or glass bowl, combine together all the ingredients.
  2. Refrigerate, covered, until ready to serve.
