A quick and easy salsa to make. The lime juice gives it a tangy flavor.
- 3 c. seeded and chopped tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp. jalapeño chili, finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
- ½ c. sliced green onions
- 3 finely chopped garlic cloves
- ½ c. chopped green bell pepper
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. lime juice
- ½ tsp. salt
- In a plastic or glass bowl, combine together all the ingredients.
- Refrigerate, covered, until ready to serve.
