- 1 banana chopped
- 1 apple chopped
- 1/2 c- 1 cup of baby spinach to your preference
- 1 container fresh blueberries
- 1 cup of plain soy milk
- Handful of ice
Throw all of these ingredients together into a blender. Make sure greens are properly blended, no one like little pieces of leaves in their drink. A rule of thumb with green smoothies is, try to have the fruit taste override the bitter taste that leafy greens have.
