- 1 banana
- ½ cup of raspberries
- ½ cup milk (or soy milk)
- 2 containers soy strawberry yogurt
- ½ cup fresh strawberry
- 2 pouches of your favorite crunchy granola bars (4 bars)
How creative is this?! Make sure that the granola bar is blended well so you won’t have any big chunks in you smoothie.
