Ingredients

  • 2   frozen Bananas
  • 6 ounces of nonfat Vanilla yogurt (Or soy Vanilla Yogurt)
  • 1/3   cup creamy Peanut butter
  • 1/2   cup of Milk (Or whatever kind of vegan milk you may like)

Directions

Place all of the ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. This smoothie also has tons of protein in it.
