- 2 frozen Bananas
- 6 ounces of nonfat Vanilla yogurt (Or soy Vanilla Yogurt)
- 1/3 cup creamy Peanut butter
- 1/2 cup of Milk (Or whatever kind of vegan milk you may like)
Place all of the ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. This smoothie also has tons of protein in it.
