Banana smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 tbsp Chocolate chips
  • 375ml (1 1/2 cups) skim milk (we use Almond milk for the extra protein)
  • 1 tbs honey (Or Agava)
  • 6 ice cubes

Directions

I love this smoothie especially in the mornings. Great way to start your day or any time you need a little chocolate but want to keep it healthy. Blend into a nice consistency and enjoy.
